Here's the update on the upcoming travels of my latest release, A Sliver In The Sky!

I've sent the recording to a couple of radio programs that feature Jewish music:
-- In Portland, the Portland Jewish Hour (the longest-running Jewish radio show west of the Mississippi) can be found Sunday mornings (10-11am Pacific) on KBOO radio.
-- And over on the East coast, Mike Greenberg spins the best of all sorts of cool Jewish music on the Kol Yehudim show, every Sunday (6-10am Eastern) on WJPR radio.
Both shows can be heard live on Sunday mornings, either on the air or on the interwebs, and previous shows are available as podcasts.

If you know of a Jewish or Folk radio show that would welcome a copy of my new release, please use the contact form here at the web site to let me know. Thanks!

Next Sunday (Oct 22), I'll be a special guest on the Jewish Hour, live in the studio at KBOO.fm, performing tracks from the new release and talking with host Liz Schwartz about the recording process and the ups and downs and ups of being a Jewish touring artist and educator. It promises to be a fun and interesting hour, so please tune in.

Saturday night, November 4 is the official release date of A Sliver In The Sky on internet sources CDBaby, iTunes and oySongs. I will celebrate with a live house concert in Portland, which will be simulcast on Facebook LIVE at my Facebook Music page. 6:30 pm, Saturday night, November 4. In addition to performing songs from the album, I'll tell some stories and also raffle off a couple of special gifts to online viewers.
The Portland show will be at Island Station Media Lab, 11922 SE 22nd Avenue in Milwaukie. The building is at the NE corner of SE 22nd and Bluebird. There will be a sandwich board outside to point the way into the building. More details at my FB Music page soon.

CDs and perks have been mailed out to all my supporters who contributed to my Indiegogo campaign.
If you contributed and think you forgot to actually ask for a CD or perk, get in touch with me and we'll check together.

Thanks so much for supporting Jewish Music Made By Hand!
